Host by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, organized by Tianjin University of Commerce & Tianjin University, the 2021 International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Technology（SPCT 2021）is to be held on December 24-26, 2021 in Tianjin, China. SPCT 2021 takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including Signal Processing, Communication Technology and Big Data. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world. It also aims to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.

2.Publication

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of SCPT 2021 will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X)，which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

*High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.*Journal1：WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS & MOBILE COMPUTING （ ISSN:1530-8669 , IF=1.819 ）

*Journal2：Mathematical Problems in Engineering （ ISSN:1024-123X , IF=1.009 ）

*Journal3：Safety Science （ ISSN:0925-7535 , IF=4.105 ）

All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to service@keoaeic.org and noted "SPCT 2021".
