Conference Introduction

Information technology and artificial intelligence are constantly changing our lives, and also have a profound impact on the development of communication, computer, control and other research fields. Meanwhile, how to apply the new technology to the rail transportation industry has also attracted extensive attention. In order to build a green and intelligent new mode of rail transportation operation, while maintaining the prosperity and development of social economy, a wide range of topics related to Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transportation are of great significance to promote the adoption of new technology paradigm and the future development of Intelligent Rail Transportation. The conference will provide a favorable platform for international interdisciplinary integration for outstanding experts, scholars and outstanding talents in industry who focus on this research field to exchange new ideas and display research results. This conference will also discuss the development trend of academic industry and promote the industrialization of academic achievements. We expect this conference could make a significant contribution to the updated knowledge in these latest scientific fields.

1. EI conference proceedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of  ICEERT 2021 will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Author’s Guide:

The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Registration:

For the publication on conference proceedings:

1. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300 CNY.

2. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

3. The registration fee does not include:

? Accommodation

? Visa application fee

? Transportation fee

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

6. After successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

7. The above fee does not include the publication fee for SCI papers.

8. Attendees without papers can also apply for oral presentation and poster presentation.
