The 2022 2^nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Technology（SPCT 2022）is to be held on December 23-25, 2022 in Harbin, China. SPCT 2022 takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including Signal Processing, Communication Technology and Big Data. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world. It also aimsto encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development.

Publication

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of SPCT 2022 will be published and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

 *High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

*Journal2：Mathematical Problems in Engineering（ISSN:1024-123X, IF=1.009 ）

All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to SUBMISSION SYSTEM and noted " XHY2022".

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.
