2023 3^rd International Conference on Digital Signal and Computer Communications（DSCC 2023）will be held in Xi'an on April 21-23， 2023. DSCC 2023 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results in the field of Digital Signal Processing. With the theme “Digital Signal Processing” and “Computer Communications”, DSCC 2023 aspires to keep up with advances and changes to a consistently morphing field. Leading researchers and industry experts from around the globe will be presenting the latest studies through papers and oral presentations.

* All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of CSAIDE 2023 will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.

* Call for Excellent Papers to SCI Journal！

Submission with invitation code of "XHY1" will enjoy priority in review .

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to  English SUBMISSION SYSTEM（海外学者） or Chinese SUBMISSION SYSTEM（国内学者）

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

Note: 

1)Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

2)All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
