The Young Scholars Fire Forum (YSFF) is an annual academic conference initiated by the China Fire Protection Association and many fire research units in 2014. It aims to unite young scholars engaged in fire safety research in China, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and promote China's fire science and fire engineering. The conference has been highly recognized and actively participated by universities, research institutes, fire protection associations, fire brigades and academic journals in China, and has developed into an important academic activity in the field of fire protection in China.
  YSFF has been successfully held for three times in Beijing and Nanjing. It was taken as the first venue of CFPA Science and Technology Annual Meeting. The forum creates a platform for the young fire scholars to exchange information and cooperate. The papers adopted were all published in the journal Fire Science and Technology.
  2017 4th Young Scholars Fire Forum (YSFF 2017) will continue to be held as a sub-venue of the 2017 China Fire Protection Association Annual Conference on Science and Technology. The 17th International Fire Equipment Exhibition and Technology Exchange Conference (CHINA FIRE 2017) will be held in the same period. The forum welcomes all young fire scholars at home and abroad to participate.
