International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC), Henan University Minsheng College and Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation,St. Petersburg branch are pleased to announce “2017 3rd International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2017)”.

The conference will be held on November 25-26, 2017 in Zhengzhou, China.
