About the conference:

2018 “The Belt and Road ” International Conference on Human Resources(BRICHR 2018) will be held on December 7-9, 2018 in Guangzhou, China. The conference was hosted by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Guangdong Academy of Human Resources and co-organized by Guangdong Academic International of Academic Exchange. The conference aims to exchange and discuss research topics such as human resources related policies and regulations, personnel services, and development trends under the guidance of the “The Belt and Road” national development policy. It is hoped that through the seminar, the current exchanges in this field will be strengthened, and the research and development of human resources will be promoted in “The Belt and Road”. At the same time, the business or research links will be established and the global partners in the future will be found for the participants.

Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of BRICHR2018 will be published in conference proceedings, it will be submitted to CPCI-SSH and CNKI cite index.

1.Prepare your papers

3)All submissions must not be less than 4 pages in length. Otherwise, if your paper exceeds 5 pages in length, you have to pay for the additional pages is 200RMB /40USD (from 6 page). 

4)Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Your paper can be submitted either in MS Word format. 

2. Submit your papers

1)Please submit your papers and Paper submission form to BRICHR@163.com.

2)The results of acceptance will be announced within 1-2 Weeks after submission.

3.Copyright

1)Please read carefully the copyright transfer agreement here, and submitting the signed one to BRICHR@163.com along with the final paper. 

2)Make sure to check spelling, grammar, all text and figures before submitting your "Full Paper".
