Welcome to The 2nd International Symposium on Nanocellulosic Materials (ISNCM)

    The 2nd International Symposium on Nanocellulosic Materials (ISNCM) is being held in Tianjin, China from May 16-17, 2019, with the co-organization of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tianjin Technical Association of Paper Industry, and National Center for Nanoscience and Technology. 

    This symposium is hosted by the Nanocellulose and Materials Committee of the China Technical Association of Paper Industry (NMC of CTAPI) with the motivation to facilitate more breakthroughs in research, innovation, and commercialization of nanocellulosic materials. The 2nd ISNCM in 2019 is a successor to the 1st ISNCM successfully held in Hangzhou, China from May 20-22, 2017, which attracted over 270 attendees from 8 countries, bringing creative minds together regarding preparation and production, characterization, modification, and application of Nanocellulosic Materials. 

    On behalf of the 2nd ISNCM organizing committee, specialists all over the world who are interested in the research and development of nanocellulosic materials, either from academia or industry, are welcomed to attend this symposium, to share your valuable experiences and achievements. We sincerely hope the symposium will help you keep up to date with the newest research findings and establish new contacts.
