2019 International Conference on Communications, Information System and Computer Engineering（CISCE2019） will be held in Haikou,China during July 5-7,2019. which organized by Faculty computer and information technology, Al Madianh International University and School of Information Science and Technology, Hainan University. It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry around the world to discuss latest progress and development in this fields. CISCE2019 would be the international platform for knowledge sharing as well as creating favorable atmosphere for collaboration initiations.
