Distinguished specialists and scholars,

 The 11th (2019) International Conference on Financial Risk and Corporate Finance Management(FRCFM2019), launched by Securities and Futures Research Center and Institute of Accounting and Financial Management of Dalian University of Technology (DUT), will be held in Dalian, China from July 11 to 14, 2019.

 The conference will appoint Professor Wu Yangru, an eminent expert in finance at Rutgers, USA, as the director of the academic committee, appoint Professor Li Yanxi, Professor Chi Guotai from the College of Economics and Management of Dalian University of Technology, China, and Professor Shi Baofeng from the College of Economics and Management of Northwest A&F University, China, as co-chairmen of organizing committee, and appoint Associate Professor Daniel Chi from Lee business school, University of Nevada, USA, Professor Yao feng from Faculty of and Economics, Kagawa University, Japan, Professor C.S. Agnes Cheng from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Professor Ali M. Kutan, University of Southern Illinois, Professor Dong Yizhe, University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and experts from famous universities in China serve as the vice directors of the academic committee. Meanwhile, the conference will invite specialists and researchers in fields of financial risk and corporate finance management, scholars in fields concerned, representatives of financial institutions (such as commercial banks, future companies and securities agencies) at home and abroad and senior executives of well-known enterprises.

 On behalf of the membership of the academic committee and the organizing committee of the conference, we would like to extend our earnest welcome to your coming. With your support and assistance, we hope to see outstanding advancements in research fields of financial risk and corporate finance management and valuable suggestions on your academic study on the basis of a platform of communication and cooperation established by this conference.  You are welcome to contribute actively to the topics of this session and share your research results with you. This conference will select about 20 articles from the submitted English papers, and recommend them to the Special Issues of internationally renowned journals such as Emerging Markets Finance and Trade (SSCI) and Borsa Istanbul Review (SSCI) (the layout fee will be charged separately by foreign journals).
