Urban and industrial safety is a new interdisciplinary subject which involves the fields of civil engineering, chemical engineering, engineering thermophysics and so on. It focuses on the safety issues of fire, explosion, poisoning leakage, hazardous chemicals, and thus closely related to the safety of people's lives and property. The 3rd International Symposium on Urban and Industrial Safety is jointly organized by Nanjing Tech University and Changzhou University, which is scheduled to be held in Nanjing on November 15th-17th, 2019. We believe it is a good opportunity to exchange up-to-date knowledge in safety science.
