2019 4th International Conference on Measurement, Information and Control(ICMIC 2019) is organized by Northeast Forestry University, technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section, and will be held in Harbin on August 23-25, 2019. 
ICMIC2019 is the fourth conference to provide opportunities for exchanging of new ideas, thoughts, and achievements on improving measurements, sensor, signal process, image, computer science, information theory and control. 
The proceedings of ICMIC2019 are eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore. After the review taken by IEEE conference publication group, it will be submitted to EI Compendex index.
