Welcome to ICECC2019! We are delighted to invite you to participate in The 2019 International Conference on Electronic Information, Communication and Computer (ICECC2019) on November 27 - 28, 2019 in Tsinghua university Beijing, China. The objective of ICECC2019 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, doctor or master and and scientists to provide an exchange of the latest research results and the direction of discipline development on all aspects of Electronic Information , Communication and Computer Science. ICECC2019 has invited more than 800 people from relevant disciplines and industries to attend the conference and give academic reports. There are included (MIT, Stanford university, NUS, NTU, Caregie Mellon University, etc.) 15 foreign universities, (Tsinghua university, Shanghai jiaotong university, Beijing university, Huazhong university of science and technology, etc.) 52 colleges and universities, CAS, Chinese artificial intelligence society, Microsoft research institute, National Academy of Sciences, etc 16 research institutes and 32 enterprises (Huawei, ZTE, Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Iflytek, Hikvision, ST, NXP, Philips, Nokia, etc.) participated. At the same time, chief editors or deputy chief editors of 16 SCI, EI and other journals participate in ICECC2019, invite contributions for papers rated as excellent or papers recommended by the conference, and publish papers through the journals.
