Welcome to EECE2019! We are delighted to invite you to participate in The 2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Engineering (EECE2019) on November 14-15, 2019 in Beijing, China. The objective of EECE2019 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, doctor or master and and scientists to provide an exchange of the latest research results and the direction of discipline development on all aspects of Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering , Measuring technology and instrument. EECE2019 has invited more than 300 people from relevant disciplines and industries to attend the conference and give academic reports. There are included 45 colleges and universities, 12 research institutes and 17 enterprises participated. At the same time, chief editors or deputy chief editors of SCI, EI and other journals participate in EECE2019, invite contributions for papers rated as excellent or papers recommended by the conference, and publish papers through the journals.
