Publication:
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by members of the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers. Papers accepted after peer review will be included in the ICEEE 2027 Conference Proceedings.
The conference proceedings are planned to be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore and for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus, subject to the publisher's scope and quality requirements.

Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers related to the conference topics.
Submission Requirements
1. Papers must be written in English and formatted according to the conference template.
2. The manuscript should contain 4–8 double-column pages, including figures, tables, and references.
3. Only full papers will be accepted for the review process. Abstract-only submissions are not accepted for publication.
4. All submissions should be made through the EasyChair Online Submission System.
