2021 4th International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Environment Research(ICCAER 2021) will be held on January 15-17, 2021 in Zhuhai, China. ICCAER 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of civil, architecture and environment research to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in civil, architecture, environment research and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in civil, architecture and environment research and related areas.

The success of the previous three ICBDER conferences was highly praised by scholars and experts. In order to focus more on the field of civil, architecture and environmental research, and to deepen the exchanges between scholars and experts, we decided to change the name of the conference to the 4th International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Environmental Research (ICCAER 2021). With the experience and precipitation of the previous three conferences successfully held, we believe that the 4th International Conference on Civil, Architecture and Environmental Research (ICCAER 2021) will achieve greater success.

2.Publication

*All accepted full papers will be published by Conference Proceedings and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec and DOAJ.

*High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.Journal 1: KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering（ISSN: 1976-3808, IF=1.428, regular issue）Journal 2: Environmental Technology（ISSN: 0959-3330, IF=1.918, regular issue） 

* Fill in the recommended code 【L282】 will enjoy priority in review and acceptance.
