The 2021 6th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2021), hosted by Xi'an Shiyou University, will be held in Xi'an, China during April 9-11, 2021. ICSP 2021 will bring together top professionals from industry, government, and academia from around the world. ICSP 2021 includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. We invite submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing. This conference offers good opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas, and to establish research and/or business links, as well as to build global partnership for potential collaboration. We sincerely hope that the conference will help advance knowledge in relevant scientific and academic fields. 

The conference will provide networking opportunities for participants to share ideas, designs, and experiences on the state-of-the-art and future direction of Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing. ICSP 2021 will feature a high-quality technical & experiential program dealing with a mix of traditional and contemporary hot topics in paper presentations and high-profile keynotes.

2.Publication

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSP 2021 are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI compendex and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 4 pages in length!

*High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.1) EURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing（ISSN: 1687-5281, IF=1.534）

2) The Computer Journal (ISSN: 0010-4620, IF=0.98）

3) Electrical Engineering（ISSN: 0948-7921, IF=1.296）
