*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of BIC 2021 will be published by ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) (ISBN: 978-1-4503-9000-2) and indexed by EI compendex, Scopus. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 5 pages in length!
