1. About the conference:

2021 3rd International Conference on Optoelectronic Science and Materials (ICOSM2021) will be held on September 10-12, 2021 in Hefei, China, co-sponsored by the Key Laboratory of Infrared and Low Temperature Plasma in Anhui Province and Guangdong Academy of International Academic Exchange. The research fields of "Optoelectronic Technology Application", "Photovoltaic Science Material", "Photoelectric Signal Processing", "Low Temperature Plasma Technology and Application", "Laser Technology and Application" will be discussed in the conference. The conference aims to provide a communication platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technicians in optoelectronics and electronic engineering. Through discussing scientific research achievements and frontier technologies, we can understand the academic development trend, broaden the research ideas, strengthen the academic research and discussion and promote the industrialization of academic achievements.

2. Publication

All submissions will be peer reviewed, and the accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI、SCOPUS for indexing.

A. Full Paper (for Presentation and Publication)

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

*All submissions must not be less than 4 pages in length.

(authors will be charged extra 40 USD/page if the manuscript length is more than 6 pages)
