The 2021 6th International Conference on Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation (ISCTT 2021) will be held on November 26-28, 2021 in Xishuangbanna, China. ISCTT 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Information Science, Computer Technology and Transportation and related areas.

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of MLBDBI 2020 will be published and indexed by EI compendex /Scopus.

*High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.1) EURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing（ISSN: 1687-5281, IF=1.534）

2) The Computer Journal (ISSN: 0010-4620, IF=0.98）

3) Electrical Engineering（ISSN: 0948-7921, IF=1.296）
