THE 1st CHINESE CONGRESS OF DERMATOLOGIC SURGERY &

THE 5th ASIAN CONGRESS OF DERMATOLOGIC SURGERY

MEETING  ANNOUNCEMENT

    

Following the first China-Japan-Korea Dermatologic Surgery Summit held in Beijing in November 2011, the conference is held every two years in different countries and regions. As the number of participants and the number of countries and regions are increasing, the name of the conference has been changed to the East Asian Dermatologic Surgery Summit and then the Asian Congress of Dermatologic Surgery. On October 12, 2019, the Asian Congress of Dermatologic  Surgery will be held in Beijing. It will be a gathering of Asian experts in dermatologic surgery for academic exchange. 

Since the 21st century, dermatologic surgery has flourished in China, but so far no topical conference on dermatologic surgery has been held. In order to promote the exchange and solidarity of Chinese dermatologic surgery, the Cross-Straits Medical Exchange Association and the brotherhood academic organization host the first Chinese Dermatologic Surgery Conference, hoping to create opportunities to invite Chinese surgical dermatologists discussing the development of dermatologic surgery and new technologies related to dermatologic surgery together.

Oct.12th: The 1st Chinese Congress of Dermatologic Surgery(Conference Language: Chinese) / Registration (The 5th Asian Congress of Dermatologic Surgery)

OCt. 13th: The 5th Asian Congress of Dermatologic Surgery(Conference Language: English)

4. Conference Formats:

There are different presentation formats at ACDS 2019, including Plenary presentation, Oral session, Case report, and Poster etc.

Oct.12th: Chinese lectures

Oct 13th: English lectures

7. Call For Papers:

(1) Topics: Dermatologic surgical techniques, diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors, photodynamic therapy, dermatologic imaging, cosmetic techniques, and other dermatologic surgery -related academic contents are available for submission.

(2) Abstract structure: All abstracts must be submitted in English. Abstract should be about 300 words.

(3) Deadline of abstract submission:  September 15th , 2019.

(4) Paper submission: login to the conference website and submit online.

8. Registration:

Overseas representative: 200 US dollars

Domestic representative: 1200 RMB

Registered before September 15th, 2019, you can enjoy preferential price of 100 US dollars for overseas representatives and 900 yuan for domestic representatives.

The registration fee includes meeting materials and meeting meals, but does not include airfare and accommodation.

Representatives who need accommodation must apply before October 1, 2019, otherwise they can not enjoy the preferential price of the conference.

10. Payment and receipt:

(1) On-line registration：payment of registration fees in USD or RMB can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Alipay, or Wechat. 

(2) On-site registration：Cash payment and credit card should be paid to the on-site registration office.
