In order to improve the capacity of environmentally sound management of hazardous waste and to prevent pollution or damage of hazardous wastes to the environment and human being,the First International Conference on Management, Policy, Treatment and Disposal Technology of Hazardous Waste was successfully held in Beijing China on May 31 to June 1, 2005, in Beijing. And the second International Conference on Waste Management and Technology will be held on July 18-19, 2007, in Beijing.
