The global catastrophe COVID-19 has led to an “all-hands-on-deck” collaborative effort across the scientific community, and called on researchers from all over the world to join hands and pragmatically promote scientific collaboration.
This free visual Symposium “ANSO-AID Research Progress on COVID-19 Pandemic” is jointly organized by the Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO) and to be hosted by the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IPS) and ANSO Alliance of Infectious Diseases (ANSO-AID) on Wednesday January 26th, 2022 (14:00-19:30, Beijing Time).
We aim to facilitate such a scientific dialogue on COVID-19, focus on topics including virology, epidemiology, immunology, antibody vaccines and new drug countermeasures etc., and to widely explore the collaboration mechanisms.

ANSO-AID was created and led by Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The purpose of ANSO-AID is: adhere to the principles of "Extensive Consultation, Joint Contribution and Shared Benefits", establish a global scientific and technological cooperation network for infectious disease prevention and control, promote basic research, drug and vaccine research and development and clinical research related to infectious diseases and expand the influence and contribution of ANSO in promoting the construction of a human health community.
