第二届物联网、通信与智能技 术国际学术会议（IoTCIT 2023）

IoTCIT 2023组委会热忱地邀请您参与2023年第二届物联网、通信与智能技术国际学术会议（IoTCIT 2023）。本次会议拟定于2023年9月22日至24日在江苏徐州盛大举行，由中南大学、中国矿业大学、中国石油大学联合办。

本次会议将围绕物联网、通信与智能技术等相关研究领域，广泛邀请国内外知名专家学者共同探讨当今物联网、通信与智能技术范畴内各学科领域的新发展方向及行业前沿动态。会议旨在为来自国内外高等院校、科研院所、企事业单位的专家、教授、学者、工程师提供一个高水平的信息沟通平台及创新成果展示与推广的渠道，并使各学术机构、企业和个人获得更多资源、信息和建议。

KeynoteSpeakers

 

 

王江舟，英国皇家工程院院士、IEEE Fellow、IET Fellow, 英国肯特大学教授。他的研究领域是移动通信，共发表了400多篇论文和4本专著。他是 2022年 IEEE Leonard G. Abraham 奖和IEEE GLOBECOM2012******论文奖的获得者，曾任 IEEE Distinguished Lecturer。曾任 2019 年 IEEE 国际通信大会（ICC2019）技术委员会主席、IEEE ICC2015 执行主席、IEEE WCNC2013 技术委员会主席。任多个国际学术期刊编委，包括《IEEE Transactions onCommunications》。 

王江舟长期致力于移动通信领域的研究与应用，其早期的研究重点为GSM信号检测和CDMA技术，而后重点关注OFDMA和分布式MIMO的研究，近几年来致力于人工智能技术应用于移动通信的研究，在提高无线通信系统的容量和性能方面做出了重要贡献。从2G到6G移动通信系统，他的诸多突破性研究成果对当今通信技术的发展都产生了重大影响。王教授因其在无线移动通信中的信号检测和多址技术的发明与创新而在国际上享有盛誉，他所提出的多项发明和创新已在全球通信行业中得到广泛应用。 

王教授是一位中英科技交流的友好使者，为促进两国科技界的交往和合作付出了许多努力。他培养了大批分布在中、英及其它国家的华人学生、学者，博士后和教授。

 

 

张大庆，北京大学讲席教授，欧洲科学院院士，IEEE Fellow，中国计算机学会普适计算专委会主任。主要研究方向包括普适计算、移动计算、智能物联网和智慧康养。在顶级国际期刊、会议发表学术论文 300余篇，文章总引用25800余次，H因子82, 国际国内专利40余项。所创的基于OWL的情境模型、基于菲涅尔区的无线感知模型被国际普适计算、移动计算等领域广泛采用，其中基于OWL的情境模型已成为国际、国内智慧城市的情境标准。近期工作先后获得IEEE UIC 2019和 IEEE PerCom 2013 授予的“十年******影响力论文奖”， ACM MobiCom 2022 ******论文奖第二名，ACM IMWUT 2021杰出论文奖，ACM UbiComp 2015、2016******论文提名奖等。张大庆教授是普适计算权威国际期刊ACM IMWUT的指导委员会七位委员之一, 担任过10多个国际会议的大会或程序委员会主席, 应邀在30多个国际会议做大会特邀报告。

 

杨强，浙江大学电气工程学院教授，博士生导师（控制科学与工程、电气工程），BCS Fellow，英国伦敦大学电子与计算机工程学院博士，帝国理工学院电子与电气工程系博士后，英国计算机学会会士，IEEE高级会员，浙江省高层次留学回国工作人员、浙江省创新领军人才、江苏省双创人才，爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。长期从事能源电力系统智能与安全领域研究，担任浙江大学先进电气国际研究中心主任、能源互联网交叉研究中心副主任、中国人工智能学会智慧能源专委会会员、中国电工技术学会人工智能与电气应用专业委员会委员、能源行业电网设备智能巡检标准化技术委员会委员、IEEE安全与可信测量技术委员会委员。先后承担国家自然基金，国家科技部863，973计划，国家重点研发计划及能源电力企业项目60余项，发表学术论文240余篇，授权国家发明专利50余项，国际专利4项，出版学术专著2部、英文编著2部，参与编制国家标准1项，IEEE国际标准2项，获中国电力优秀青年科技人才奖、浙江省、天津市等省部级科学技术进步二等奖及中国电力创新一等奖等科技奖励11项。担任IET CPS、CMES、PCMP国际期刊副主编/编委、超过40个高水平国际会议TPC成员，担任PICOM、GLOBECOM、ICOCTA多个高级别国际会议技术委员会主席和分会主席。

为切实举办好第二届物联网、通信与智能技术国际学术会议，我们诚挚邀请您参与支持IoTCIT 2023。参与形式如下：

——Presenter

1.口头报告：在大会上进行物联通信与智能技术研究领域的英文学术报告，时长约10-15分钟。

2.论文报告：在大会征稿主题范围内提交相关领域英文版科技论文，评审通过后提交注册并收录到会议论文集。

3.研讨会：针对会议主题组建workshop，以分论坛形式展开研讨。

注：口头报告时长和具体流程可酌情而定。

——Committee

作为会议联合主席或技术委员会身份参与支持，在会议技术层面上指导并把关，负责一部分同行评审工作，组委会将为其颁发荣誉证书。

——Keynote speaker

组委会诚盼物联网、通信与智能技术领域各细分学科的杰出专家学者加入智库团队，在会议上作主题学术报告，分享前沿动态与最新成果，共同推动技术进步与人才培养。
