All submissions to the ICICE 2023 conference must undergo rigorous review by 2-3 organizing committee experts. The final accepted paper will be officially published by the publishing house, and after publication, the publishing house will submit the conference paper collection to Scopus and EI Compendex for retrieval.

All accepted papers will be included in the ICICE 2023 conference paper collection and submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus retrieval.

The paper should not be less than 6 pages.

The meeting only accepts all English manuscripts.

Authors can check for plagiarism at their own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other search methods. Otherwise, if the article is rejected due to the repetition rate, the author will be responsible for it. The paper suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

 1. The registration fee for ICICE 2023 ordinary meetings is 3400 yuan/490 US dollars per article.

If the length of the paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost for each additional page (starting from page 7) is 300 yuan/50 US dollars

3. The registration fee includes lunch, gifts, and participation in all technical meetings.

4. Registration fee does not include: (accommodation, visa application fee, transportation fee)

At least one author must be pre registered for each paper.

The organizing committee will confirm the registration within 2-5 working days after receiving the registration fee.

If you are unable to attend the meeting for any reason, we can provide online conference channels.

【 Participation Method 】 (Note: The meeting includes an Oral Presentation and a Poster session)

1. Author participation: One hired article allows one author to participate for free;

2. Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral presentation, with a duration of 15 minutes;

4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5. Audience participation: Attending the meeting without submitting articles, and can also apply for speeches and presentations
