International Conference on Performance-based Fire and Fire Protection Engineering (ICPFFPE), was sponsored by Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Sun Yat-sen University, Wuhan University, City University of Hong Kong. Its aims at exploring the development of fire safety engineering and performance-based fire safety design. In the conference, problems arising in the application of fire safety engineering design, the use of performance-based fire codes and fire safety engineering research will be discussed. The conference will serve as a platform for fire science and engineering researchers, fire safety practitioners, building and construction professionals and academics to share their experience and knowledge in this field. The conference has been successfully held for six times in Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing, Guangzhou and Wuhan.

  2015 7th International Conference on Performance-based Fire and Fire Protection Engineering (ICPFFPE 2015) will be held in Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou. The conference will continue to serve as a platform for all experts and relevant professionals to explore fire safety science and engineering.
