1.About the conference:

The 2019 4^th International Seminar on Computer Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ISCME 2019) will be held on December 13-15, 2019 in Chengdu, China. Since its inception in 2016, ISCME has been held successfully for three times: ISCME 2016, ISCME 2017 and ISCME 2018. They were successfully held in Singapore, Zhuhai and Shenzhen.

ISCME2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Computer Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Computer Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
