The 2021 International Conference on Electronic Information Engineering and Computer Science (EIECS 2021) will be held in Changchun, China, during September 23 to 26, 2021. The conference was hosted by Changchun University of Science and Technology, organized by college of electronic information engineering of Changchun University of Science and Technology, college of computer science and technology of Changchun University of Science and Technology and AEIC Academic Exchange Center, and co-sponsored by Jilin University, Northeast Normal University, Changchun University of Technology, Changchun University and Northeast Electric Power University. The meeting aims to provide experts, engineers and researchers engaged in electronic information engineering and computer science with a platform for sharing scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understanding the academic development trend, broadening research ideas, strengthening academic research and discussion, and promoting the cooperation of academic achievements in industry. The conference sincerely invites experts, scholars, business circles and other relevant personnel from universities, scientific research institutions at home and abroad to participate in the meeting.

1)Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

2)All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

1. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (490 USD/CNY 3400) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.

2. Additional page (paper that more than 4 pages) will be charged 50 USD/CNY 400 per page. 

3. One regular registration gets only one proceeding.　

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.　

5. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener. 

6. Registration fee includes one author's conference proceedings, lunch, gift and attending all technical sessions.

7. The registration fee does not include:
