About ICCTIT 2022
2022 2nd International Conference on Communication Technology and Information Technology (ICCTIT 2022) will be held in Harbin, China during December 16-18, 2022. The conference is an international conference for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Communication Technology and Information Technology. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to ICCTIT 2022, and share the valuable experiences with the scientists and scholars around the world.
Conference History
ICCTIT 2021 has been successfully held an online meeting on December 3, 2021 and completed its search in March 2022.

Biography： Dr. Wen was born in 1987. He received the B.S. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2014. From 2012 to 2013, he was a Visiting Student Research Collaborator with Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. From 2019 to 2021, he was with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow. He is currently a Professor with South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, and a Distinguished Professor with Nantong University, Nantong, China. He has published two Springer books entitled Index Modulation for 5G Wireless Communications and Index Modulation for OFDM Communications Systems, as well as 220+ research papers, which include 150+ journal papers and 70+ conference papers. His research interests include a variety of topics in the areas of wireless and molecular communications. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Prof. Jinming Wen Jinan University, China
Biography： Jinming Wen received the bachelor’s degree in information and computing science from the Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, Jilin, China, in 2008, the M.Sc. degree in pure mathematics from Mathematics Institute, Jilin University, Jilin, China, in 2010, and the Ph.D degree in applied mathematics from McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada, in 2015. He is currently a Professor with the College of Information Science and Technology and the College of Cyber Security, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Laboratoire LIP from March 2015 to August 2016, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada, from September 2016 to August 2017, and University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, from September 2017 to August 2018. Since September 2018, he has been a Full Professor with Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 50 papers in top journals, including the Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis, IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and conferences. His research interests include lattice reduction and sparse recovery. |

Assoc. Prof. Xin Yan Wuhan University of Technology, China
Biography： Xin Yan obtained “3551 Optic Valley Talent Plan” of Wuhan city in 2015 and “Science & Technology Prize” of Hubei province in 2016, respectively. He is/was the leaders of several research projects funded by NSFC, Ministry of Education and Hubei Province, respectively. He is the author of three books: Quality of Service and Multicast Routing on Internet (in Chinese) (Science Press), Watermarking (Intech Press) and Advanced Computer Networks (in Chinese) (XuetangX Online). He has 53 high-level research articles on international journals/conferences (such as IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, IEEE Network Magazine, Computer Networks, Ad Hoc Networks, Enterprise Information Systems, Journal of Network and Computer Applications, Ad Hoc & Sensor Wireless Networks, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, Physica A and Computer Communications), and 10 patents. He also served as TPC members of international conferences, such as IWWCN2016, CSA2016, CSA2018, ICNISC2018 and ICNISC2019. |

Publication
Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend ICCTIT 2022 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register. For further information, please contact us at: icctit@163.com

Ⅲ.Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees for ICCTIT 2022 Regular is USD500 / 3200 RMB per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is USD50 / 300RMB.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:

Transportation fee
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
