Dr. Lin was the former chief of the Oncology Department at Guang’anmen Hospital in Beijing. It is a national TCM Cancer Center approved by the State Administration of TCM. It is also a clinical pharmacological research base of Chinese herbs, part of Traditional Medicine Cooperative Center organized by WHO. Dr. Lin is also the president of Professional Oncology Committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine (CAIM) and Professional Traditional Medicine Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA). Moreover, she is the member of editorial board of a number of academic journals. Dr. Lin has been actively involved in basic and clinical cancer research and enjoys the special national allowance from the government. She has 30 years of experience in conducting clinical cancer research with the goal of enhancing treatment effect and reducing toxicity associated with chemotherapy. She has got continuous fund from the National key Technology R&D Program for performance of medicinal therapeutic schedule to improve the median survival time of NSCLC. Her research has made the point that FUZHENGPEIBEN should be the main principle to treat cancer. Her basic research has been focused on the molecular mechanisms of Fuzheng herbs, especially the mechanism of immunoregulation. Over the past few years, she has made great contribution to the establishment of international cooperation on the research of Chinese medicine and cancer.
