Before working in Loyalty, Mr. Yang Jinxu was Assistant General Manager in Ancai High-tech and Anchen Electronics, which were China’s largest state-owned CRT manufacturer.  Mr. Yang has participated in the main development process of China’s electronics manufacturing and recycling business. Having extensive experiences and professional technical expertise in recycling field, Mr. Yang was regarded as the leading pioneers in China’s recycling industry. He has presided a number of Loyalty’s technology achievements and awarded patents.
