The conference will be held at Shifang, a city with a splendid history of over 2200 years. Shifang is located in the northwest of Chengdu Plain. Chinese first handmade cigar workshop (Yichuan Industrial Workshop) was constructed in this city, and Great Wall Cigar has become the symbol of Shifang. On November 2018, Shifang identified as the first innovative counties (cities) by the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China.
