会议背景介绍：     Restructuring of the Electricity Supply Industry and introduction of Electricity markets have started almost 20 years ago and have developed at different paces in the world. Taking into account the experience gathered, it appears timely to assess the impacts that restructuring and deregulation have had on the operation and development of power systems and on the security of supply.
