会议背景介绍: The International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics (SOPO2009) will be held from August 14th to 16th, 2009 in Wuhan which is one of the largest cities in China on the banks of the Yangtze River. SOPO 2009 will bring together top researchers from Asian Pacific areas, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of Photonics and Optoelectronics. All accepted papers in SOPO2009 will be published by IEEE and indexed by EI Compendex.
