会议背景介绍：

International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG) provides a forum for researchers, developers, administrators, officers and users interested in the management of electronic commerce and electronic government to present their research results, and exchange idea.

ICMeCG (2003) was the first international academic conference focused on the management of e-Commerce in China. In ICMeCG2003, participants concluded that subject of Management of e-Commerce is strategically important and needs further research. In addition, it is recommended to conduct research from the perspective of management especially after many years of popularity of e-Commerce. Furthermore, management of e-Commerce has a wide scope including: enterprise management within e-Commerce environment, enterprises managing their e-Commerce activities, and governments managing all e-Commerce activities including their own. These areas are also key research areas of e-Commerce management. Recently, application of e-Commerce is the emerging interest for traditional enterprises.

Paper publication
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press (has been approved), indexed through INSPEC, ISTP, EI and automatically included in the IEEE Digital Library.

Paper submission
All papers selected for this conference are peer-reviewed and will be published in the regular conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press. Submissions must not be published or submitted to another conference or journals.

Full papers must not exceed 8 pages (with size 8.5" x 11"), using the IEEE two-column template. Authors should submit their paper via the electronic submission system of ICMeCG 2008
