来自韩国仁川大学的Chan Jin Park教授,来自韩国国立江陵原州大学的Hyo Choi教授以及来自韩国釜山大学的Suwan Park教授担任大会主席。

ICBEC 2018在韩国首尔成功召开，并且该会已有很长一段历史。

会议将于2019年9月27日在泰国曼谷举行为期一日的游览观光。
