2019 International Conference on Hydraulic,
Civil Engineering and Automatics (HCEA 2019) will be held on April 26-28, 2019
in Guilin, China. HCEA 2019 will be hosted by Taiwan Society of Construction
Engineering and undertaken by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Centre. HCEA
2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the
field of hydraulic, civil engineering and automatics to a common forum. The
primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities
