The International Conference on Urban Public Safety and Emergency Rescue (UPSER2019) will be held in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, a famous historical and cultural city in the south of the Yangtze River from May 24 to 26, 2019. At this conference, experts and scholars who are proficient in urban public safety and emergency rescue and the other related fields are invited from home and abroad to attend this conference, reporting on new concepts, methods, technologies and progress in urban public safety and emergency rescue and the other related fields and exchanging ideas with each other. The conference will hold three thematic forums on petrochemical production safety, emergency management and rescue disposal and the professional construction of safety science and engineering. The unveiling ceremony of the Institute of Public Safety and Emergency Management of Changzhou University is also to be held at this conference.
