【About ACAP 2026】Under the theme “Mental Health and Well-being in a Diverse, Connected World,” ACAP 2025 invites academics, researchers, and professionals in applied psychology and related disciplines to present and discuss:
Special focus will be placed on interdisciplinary approaches, addressing mental health and well-being in education, communities, workplaces, and online environments. We will present one Best Paper Award to recognize outstanding research. Please submit your paper before the Final Paper Deadline to be considered.

Dr. Peera Wongupparaj - Asst. Professor, PhD in Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience) Applied Psychology Program, Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn UniversityAsst. Prof. Dr. Peera Wongupparaj is a faculty member at the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is a cognitive neuroscientist and assistant professor of psychology with expertise in neuropsychological test development, screening tools, brain stimulation techniques (e.g., tDCS, tRNS, and tACS), electrophysiological markers of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and dementia, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and advanced statistical methodologies.
Dr Jean CJ Liu - Assoc. Professor of Psychology, Health and Social Sciences Cluster, Singapore Institute of Technology
Dr Jean Liu is a psychology professor passionate about solving complex challenges through the use of data. With experience as a former faculty member at Yale-NUS College and consultant for the World Health Organization, she brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise. Her primary research area focuses on how technological advances – particularly digital devices – affect health and social relationships. Dr Liu has published over 30 academic papers on topics including: how individuals use their phones during meals, how social media relates to mental health, how WhatsApp users transmit health messages, and the adoption of digital contact tracing apps.
