The 8th Beijing International Environmental Technology Conference derives from the Sino-Germany-Poland Environmental Technology Conference, which has been launched already five times in China, also one in Germany, and in Poland, respectively. 2006, 2009, 2013, 2016, the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th Conferences were held in Beijing. The conference proceedings were published and indexed by CPCI-S. Due to the tight connection between science and technology, this conference provides a significant bridge to academic and practical technology exchange in the field of environmental science and engineering. It is becoming one of the attractive academic conferences in the environmental sector throughout the world.
This conference aims to attract global attention to the environmental protection related issues in developing countries – with emphasis in the Asian-Pacific region; to promote and transfer the applications from developed regions to developing countries in the fields of policy and legal experiences, management approaches, advanced technologies, capital operation modes. At the same time, relevant achievements in China will be shared to the world. The conference will provide a platform for academic discussion and communication, where all participants will exchange their ideas mutually. Additionally, the conference also embraces enterprises who would like to show their technological strength and outstanding achievements, and to explore the world-wide market. The attendees are experts who are involved in research and development, engineering technology, project implementation, environmental rehabilitating services, and public administration from academy, industry community, government, and non-government institutions. This conference will be a grand meeting in the field of environmental protection and renewable energy for in-depth exchange. It will play a positive role in promoting improvements of China’s environment and promoting further partnerships on Research & Development of the related approaches and technologies.
