The 13th International Conference on Food Science and Technology (ICFST) will be held in Wuxi, China on Oct. 16-18, 2020. The ICFST was incepted in 1991 by Jiangnan University and University of California at Davis. It has since developed into a major international event with ever increasing participants from around the world. The 13th ICFST will carry the theme of “Green Food and Eco-Friendly Processing - Safe Healthy  Sustainable”, and will serve as a platform for food scientists from academia and industry and enable the interactive exchange of information on the scientific progress and applications. The conference consists of multiple symposia and technical sessions with papers being presented by international and domestic scientists, including prominent researchers in the field.
