Conference Introduction

2021 International Conference on Computer Engineering and Innovative Application of VR (ICCEIA-VR 2021) will be held on June 11-13, 2021 in Guangzhou, China. The conference is hosted by Technical Committee on Simulation Education Technology, China Association for Educational Technology and co-organized by Guangzhou Institute of Technology, Western Sydney University and AEIC Academic Information Exchange Center. In order to promote the development of teaching method, scientific research and academic activities for universities and scientific research institutes around the world through experience exchange in computer network, VR education innovation application, VR teaching, data communication, network technology, scientific research, etc.

The conference also provides an international platform for sharing experiences, expanding professional networks, face-to-face exchange of new ideas and presenting research results.

Call for Paper

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to: Computer Engineering, VR innovative technology and applications, Multisensory experience, Interaction

1. EI conference proceedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICCEIA-VR 2021 will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus,for indexing.

2. SCI Journals:

Environmental Technology & Innovation (ISSN: 2352-1864, IF=3.3+,SCI专刊) 

Journal of intelligent & fuzzy systems (ISSN: 1064-1246, IF=1.8+，SCI正刊)

Concurrency and Computation-Practice & Experience (ISSN: 1532-0626, IF=1.447, SCI正刊)

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Author’s Guide:

The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

1. All papers to be considered by ICCEIA-VR 2021 can be submitted your paper to contact@icceia-vr.org.

2. Please submit the full paper for publication.

Registration:

For the publication on conference proceedings:

1. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300 RMB.

2. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

3. The registration fee does not include:

Accommodation

Visa application fee

Transportation fee

4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

6. After successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

7. The above fee does not include the publication fee for SCI papers.

8. Attendees without papers can also apply for oral presentation and poster presentation.
