Introduction to the General Assembly

The 2021 International Conference on Automation Control, Algorithms and Intelligent Bionics (ACAIB2021) will be held june 18-20, 2021 in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China. The conference focuses on the latest research on "Automation Control, Algorithms, and Smart Machine Bionics" and aims to bring together experts, scholars, researchers and relevant practitioners from around the world to share their research results, explore hot issues, and exchange new experiences and technologies. We warmly welcome experts and scholars from relevant fields to submit their new research or technical contributions to ACAIB 2021 and share valuable experiences with scientists and scholars from all over the world!

Organizers:

Liuzhou Institute of Technology was founded in 2002, formerly known as Guangxi University of Science and Technology Lushan College, by the Liuzhou Municipal Government and Guangxi University of Science and Technology co-organized. In April 2020, the school was approved by the Ministry of Education to be converted to an independent full-time undergraduate college, renamed "Liuzhou Institute of Technology." The school is located in Liuzhou City, an industrial town in Guangxi and a historical and cultural city, and covers an area of 1283.21 acres, with a total investment of more than 1.3 billion yuan and a total construction area of 425,400 square meters. With supporting facilities advanced teaching and experimental training building group, the construction of basic experimental center, gold industry internship center, professional experimental practice training room, simulation experimental training center and other nearly 170 practical teaching platform, the library paper collection of about 9987 million books. There are 707 full-time teachers, of whom about 35 per cent have senior titles and 50 per cent have postgraduate degrees. School based in Guangxi, facing the whole country, closely combined with the needs of regional economic and social development, adhere to the "differentiation" "characteristic" development path, formed a multidisciplinary and coordinated development of the discipline professional pattern, the existing mechanical engineering college, automotive engineering college, civil engineering engineering college, information science and engineering college, economic management college, design art college, The School of Language, Culture and International Education, the School of Food and Chemical Engineering, the Ministry of Mathematical Teaching, the Ministry of Physical Education, the Ministry of Foreign Chinese Teaching, and the Ministry of Public Art Teaching have opened 39 majors, which are open to 26 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and have more than 12,000 students.

Guangxi (Liuzhou) Human Resources Services Industrial Park is positioned as an autonomous region-level human resources services industrial park based in Liuzhou, guangxi-oriented, radiation ASEAN, combined with the city's economic and industrial characteristics, around the human resources services industry chain, to build a "people-oriented, service talent life cycle" of the intelligent industrial park, play the "industry gathering, talent services, enterprise services, double-creation incubation, human services" five functions, to create Guangxi Zhigu. After 1.6 years of becoming a provincial human resources service industrial park, the industrial park declared to have obtained the national human resources service industrial park. Make full use of Liuzhou City's location advantages, to "one park, two centers" model to build a line of offline integration park, the first phase in the housing culture industrial building 1 to 5 floors to build 11,000 square meters of park, the second phase of planning in the northern ecological new area in accordance with national industrial park standards planning and construction of the core park. After a rigorous review by 2-3 Organizing Committee experts, the final papers will be published by ACM ICPS (ACM International Proceedings Series, ISBN 978-1-4503-9023-1) and submitted to ACM Digital Library, EI ComPendex  and Scopus for retrieval. At present, the search for papers for the conference is very stable.
