All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. All accepted paper will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and be submitted by CPS for EI and ISTP indexing. Some excellent papers will be selected and recommended to EI or SCI journals.
