Sponsor Form（赞助形式）--- ANS 2018

The organizing committee for the Sixth Asian NIR Symposium (ANS2018) is inviting you to exhibit in the Symposium which will be held during June 21 - June 24, 2018 at the Yunnan Expo Garden Hotel in Kunming, China.

This is a joint event between a biannual Asian NIR Symposium and a biannual Chinese National NIR Conference.

The Symposium will be held in English featuring Keynote speakers from various countries, oral presentations, poster presentations, company presentations and exhibitions. We are expecting 300-350 participants mainly from countries around Asia.

The exhibition will be displayed during June 22 - June 23, 2018. Set up shall be done after 3:30 pm of June 21, 2018 and dismantle before 4:00 pm of June 23, 2018.

Exhibitor shall submit the filled sponsorship form to the CCNIRS Secretariat Office by email or fax. Payment must be completed by April 15, 2018 to the designated account notified on invoice where exhibitor absorbs cost for fund transaction.

We are looking forward for the fruitful Symposium and great opportunity for both the participants and exhibitors during this event.
