a.       Submission Acknowledgement

Please submit the manuscript to the online submission system and send an email to info@csaeconf.org with the subject "CSAE submission".

b.       Basic Review

The editor or editorial assistant performs an initial technical criteria check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions, English language usage and a check for the similarity rate).
Any manuscripts out of the scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.

c.       Peer Review

We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 1-2 weeks.

d.       Notification of the Result of Review

The decision to accept or reject an article is based on the suggestions of reviewers. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the registered author.

e.       Registration Fee Is Paid

After acceptance the authors need to pay the registration fee, and upload the final version of the papers according to the registration instructions.

f.       Publication Notice

CSAE2021会议论文集将在会前（2021年10月19-21日之前）完成出版。作者和读者都将被通知且邀请登录我们的会议官网对新文章进行查看。
