Plgiarism Policy & Ethics

Plgiarism Policy & Ethics

At our conference, we uphold the scholarly integrity of the research community by implementing a plagiarism policy. This policy ensures that authors properly acknowledge the work of other authors when referencing their research.

To determine the originality and similarity percentage of submitted research papers, we use plagiarism detection software. Papers that do not meet the criteria will be returned to the authors for revision.

If plagiarism is detected prior to publication, the author will be given the opportunity to make the necessary changes as advised by the editor. However, if the editor determines that the issue of plagiarism is significant, the paper will not be considered for publication.

In cases where plagiarism or a false identity is suspected or discovered after a paper has been published, the paper will be temporarily removed from the website until verification is complete. If only a few paragraphs are found to be plagiarized, the author will be given the chance to modify the paper and have it restored once approved by the editor.

However, if Science Net determines that plagiarism or a false identity is a major concern and violates others' copyrights, the paper will be permanently removed from publication. Additionally, the author will be penalized and banned from Science Net and other conference organizers for life. This removal will be noted on the journal website, and indexing services will be notified.

We also take self-plagiarism seriously. Authors who republish their previously published work will also be subject to the same procedures outlined above.
