You are encouraged to register early. Please mark your email with the heading “Registration Fee for the 4th MT Workshop”.
2. Accommodation
The secretariat will assist the delegates in reservation of hotel rooms in Qianmen Jianguo Hotel. In order to reserve in a group rate (ca. 40% discount), please pay your registration fee before 30 June 2018. Upon receiving of the registration fee, the secretariat will help to make reservations as requested.
3. Visa Requirement
Some delegates may need visa for entering China. Please visit Chinese embassy website in your country for the visa requirements. The organizer of the workshop will provide the general invitation letter for delegates who will attend. Please contact secretariat (weiguanhuiyi@163.com).
