Contribution Deadline: October 17

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of STCE 2021 will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing.

*The paper should be no less than 4 pages in length.
