All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. All accepted paper will be published by World Scientific Publishing Company and be submitted by World Scientific Publishing Company for EI and ISTP indexing. Some excellent papers will be selected and recommended to EI or SCI journals.
